100 quilted blankets, 4 sewing machines, 2 knitting machines, 412 back packs, 46 baby layettes and much much more was sent to Nigeria.



Beautifully knit and crocheted items donated to Sew on Fire. We just sent 8 - 4 cubit foot boxes of wonderful handmade gifts to the Ukraine.

Brenda displays the cake and the group celebrate the wonderful accomplishment completing 7500 gift bags and sending them to 20 nations.

Community Church in Waterdown pack up gift packages for Lift church outreach.


Lakemount young people packing bags around the big table. They brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the event.


Katharine organized a mission group to come help out at the warehouse and pack up bags for an outreach mission project in Ottawa.


Three hours later all those bolts cut to size and ready to sew.


We need your help cutting material into our cloth bags.
We are just now developing 'a new bag' .
15" x 20" double draw string bag and the ends will be sewn into the corners and they will serve as the straps.



Betty has volunteered for several years now. Here she displays a layette that she has lovingly made, the layettes have 15 to 20 items and are hand delivered to single moms, in hospitals and sent all over the world. We have prepared over 5000.


Carol has sewn this beautiful hockey bag. She is a gift to us, as she comes with lots of expertise in sew many areas.


Evelyn, Val, Dawn and Ruby are preparing our mini layettes for new born babies. The layettes are colour coordinated and beautiful displayed in our packages.



Beautiful boots recently donated.



Bill and Ed help unpack and sort a recent donation of boots and shoes. These boots have been sent to Ghana, Guatemala, Zambia, Sri Lanka and Ukraine.


Chrys helped by sorting all the bags that come in from all across Canada. We receive many parcels from the US as well. Ladies sew the most beautiful and decorative bags.


Carol and Milfid have volunteered for the past year. They are organizing and sorting the school supplies and preparing them for the gift bags.


Bill is a great example and wonderful volunteer and brings a lot of skill and he is the jack of all trades.



Thanks Crystal ... for bringing friends to work at the warehouse and cut mountains of material for our bags.
